Refund Policy for ABA Trax LLC

At ABA Trax LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and related behavioral health services. Due to the nature of our services and the individualized time and preparation involved in each client’s treatment, all payments made to ABA Trax LLC are final and non-refundable.
Once therapy sessions, consultations, assessments, or administrative services have been scheduled, billed, or provided, payment is required in full and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction with progress. Fees are collected to secure clinical staff time, administrative support, and scheduling resources, all of which are allocated in advance to each client’s individualized program.
If a client must cancel or reschedule a session, ABA Trax LLC’s cancellation policy will apply. We request that all cancellations or schedule changes be made in accordance with your service agreement or at least [24/48] hours in advance to avoid additional charges. While payments are non-refundable, in certain cases and at the sole discretion of ABA Trax LLC, payments may be credited toward future sessions if appropriate and approved by management.
For clients who pay out of pocket or through insurance, all claims and payments are processed in accordance with the payer’s policies. ABA Trax LLC is not responsible for reimbursement denials, delays, or partial payments issued by insurance providers.

Thank you for understanding that the time and expertise of our clinical team are reserved exclusively for the benefit of our clients, and therefore payments cannot be refunded once scheduled or rendered.
